Kshitiz currently heads the India operations of the French Design School : L'école de design Nantes Atlantique in Bangalore, as the Dean and Director. He received his Masters in Human Computer Interaction Design from Indiana University, Bloomington, USA and his Bachelors in Design with a specialization in Communication Design from Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Guwahati. He is been in the Design industry for over 12 years now, as a student, professional, running a design consulting business and as a Design Evangelist.
He is on the advisory board of numerous startups and offers consulting to many others on the importance of design. Armed with the experience of working in organizations in India and in the US, he continues to explore new grounds in design pedagogy, user experience design and communication design. His area of interest and research in particular is Design for Social Impact. As a visiting lecturer to numerous colleges in India, he lectures and takes workshops in design , entrepreneurship and photography.

Flow, a mental state, first proposed by psychology professor Mihaly Csikszentmihalyi; is characterized by a distorted sense of time, a lack of self-consciousness, and complete engagement in the task at hand. Often measured as a function of the emotional outcome, Flow is a useful tool to understand User Experience.
